Amy Winehouse continued the series of Shockwaves NME Awards shows in London tonight (February 19).
The recent Brit award-winning singer played songs from her current album ’Back To Black’ at the Astoria and concluded her set with a cover of The Zutons song 'Valerie'.
During the gig Winehouse also made reference to the incident where she ran off stage at London's G-A-Y club (which takes place at the Astoria) mid-song to be sick in January.
She said: “Last time I was here, I only got through six songs so I pat myself on the back. I thought there'd be a lot of angry homosexuals at the door.”
Proceedings tonight kicked off with performances from rock trio The Noisettes and hotly tipped singer songwriter Jack Penate.
She played:
'Addicted'
'Just Friends'
'Tears Dry'
'Cherry'
'He Can Only Hold Her'
'Love Is Blind'
'Wake Up Alone'
'Back To Black'
'I'm No Good'
'Me And Mr Jones'
'Rehab'
'Love Is A Losing Game'
'Valerie'
