Singer is held overnight in Norway
Amy Winehouse was arrested and held overnight in Norway for possession of cannabis.
The singer was released without charge yesterday morning (October 19) after paying a fine of 500 Euros, according to the BBC.
Winehouse, husband Blake Fielder-Civil, and a third person were arrested at a hotel in Bergen after being found with 7g of the drug, but was released in time to play a show in the city. It is understood that the arrests were made after a tip off.
Norwegian prosecutor Lars Moren Lothe told Associated Press: "She's paid the fine, so this thing is over for us now."
Her spokesman added, "She was released without charge. The show in Bergen is going ahead as planned.
