Amy Winehouse’s husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, was refused bail today (November 23) when he attended Snaresbrook Town Hall.

Fielder-Civil must remain in north London's Pentonville Prison until January 18, when he will enter a plea for the accusation of perverting the course of justice, alongside two other men.

Judge David Radford scheduled a provisional date of June 23 for the case trial.

Winehouse was in attendance in court today to hear of her husband’s fate.

She blew kisses to him in the courtroom and the two mouthed words to each other.

Fielder-Civil is accused of perverting the course of justice by offering James King, who he is alleged to have assaulted, money to withdraw his allegation and leave the country.
