Amy Winehouse has cancelled all her live dates and promotional appearances for the rest of 2007.

The star has released a statement saying that she can’t perform without having her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, by her side. Fielder-Civil is currently in jail, waiting to enter a plea for charges of perverting the course of justice.

In the statement Winehouse said: “I can’t give it my all onstage without my Blake. I’m so sorry but I don’t want to do the shows half-heartedly; I love singing. My husband is everything to me and without him it’s just not the same.”

Winehouse had come under fire from fans recently after a poor performance at London’s Hammersmith Apollo on Saturday
(November 24), where she appeared intoxicated throughout the show.

Fans can obtain refunds for tickets for cancelled shows at the points of purchase.
