Amy Winehouse suffering from irregular heartbeat

Amy Winehouse may be kept in a London hospital for weeks after fainting on Monday (July 16) because she has an irregular heartbeat.

Winehouse passed out in her London home on Monday (July 16) while doing "admin work".

The singer is apparently in a clinic at the hospital where, according to The Sun, she is also being treated for heroin addiction.

Winehouse's father Mitch told the paper: "Amy is doing fine. She is staying in as long as possible."
