Amy Winehouse DJs at her club launch night
Singer plays tracks that inspired her music
Doors for the event opened at 8.30pm (BST) with the promise of Winehouse turning up to play tracks that inspired her music in a DJ battle with her close friend Bioux.
While the venue started to fill up at about 9pm, Winehouse entered the building an hour later to a flash of paparazzi and screams from her gathered fans inside the pub.
Heading straight over to the DJ booth, Bioux and the singer, wearing a pink shirt and denim hot pants with a 'Blake'-emblazoned heart in her hair, played a mix of Motown and classics from the past forty years.
Standing in front of a Union Jack flag, Winehouse was surrounded by fans taking photos and videos throughout the gig.
The singer seemed in good spirits despite the constant attention, but did head backstage on a few occasions to take a break from the crowd.
Towards the end of the night the crowd danced along to tracks including The Cure's 'Love Cats', Dexys Midnight Runners' 'Geno', The Supremes' 'You Can't Hurry Love' and The Specials' 'A Message To You Rudy'.
The pair stopped DJing just before 1.15am and hugged while the crowd cheered and chanted for "one more".
The duo then played one final track, Desmond Dekker's 'You Can Get It If you Really Want', before Winehouse's two minders cleared a path and the singer headed backstage.
