Amy Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, is due to appear in Snaresbrook Crown Court today (July 21) for sentencing.
Fielder-Civil has pleaded guilty to charges of GBH and perverting the course of justice.
He has been in Pentonville Prison for the past nine months on remand after attacking the landlord of the Macbeth pub in London then attempting to give him money to change his account of the incident.
Winehouse has publicly said that she is expecting her husband to be released.
At her recent T In The Park and Oxegen Festival shows she dedicated songs to her imprisoned spouse, stating that he would be out of jail soon.
