Star's spouse reported to have broken out of rehab
Amy Winehouse's husband Blake Fielder-Civil has been sent back to prison for failing a drugs test, just over a month after he was released into a rehabilitation centre.
Fielder-Civil could now possibly be forced to stay in prison until 2010.
Upon hearing the news that he had broken the early release terms of his original 27-month sentence, Fielder-Civil is alleged to have broken out of the Live Woods rehab centre in Woking.
He is then alleged to have dashed to the private London hospital where Amy Winehouse was admitted last month (November 25).
A source told The Sun: "Blake did a runner. He turned up in hospital and hell broke loose - everyone was totally shocked."
