Amy Winehouse spent the night in hospital on Sunday (November 15), reportedly becoming ill after two types of medication she was taking reacted with each other.
The singer was advised by a doctor to go to the The London Clinic after falling ill at her home in the UK capital. Winehouse had reportedly suffered the reaction after medicine she was taking for a cold reacted with a different form of prescribed medication.
"Amy took over-the-counter stuff for a cold but it didn't agree with medication she takes for her ongoing recovery," a source told The Mirror.
Winehouse is expected to make a full recovery.
