Items from Amy Winehouse's final Fred Perry clothing collection go on sale
14 items from the Spring/Summer 2012 are now available online
The items from the Spring/Summer 2012 clothing line have been made available exclusively online in order to celebrate the release of Winehouse's posthumous album, 'Lioness: Hidden Treasures', which has also gone on sale today (December 5).
The 14 items apparently reference "Amy’s love of 50s Americana and art deco Miami". The collection "features an exclusive print scattered with Cadillacs, juke boxes and cats-eye sunglasses in a palette of pink mist, pale blue and black."
The royalties and fees from the collection will be donated to The Amy Winehouse Foundation, which recently made its first cash donation. The late singer's parents, Mitch and Janis Winehouse, visited Little Havens Children's Hospice in Thundersley, in East London, to make a £10,000 pledge.
The Amy Winehouse Foundation was officially launched over two months ago to support vulnerable youth, and is set to donate £500,000 in its first year.
