Amy Winehouse is to be honoured with a 10-week exhibition at the Jewish Museum in Camden, London.

Titled 'Amy Winehouse: A Family Portrait', the exhibition is billed as "personal and intimate" and has been assembled with the help of the singer's brother Alex and sister-in-law Riva. It opens on July 3 and runs until September 15.

Items on display will include the singer's first guitar, her record collection, passes she wore for gigs and festivals and one of her Grammy awards. The dress she wore during her 2008 Glastonbury set will also be featured.

Alex Winehouse said: "Amy was someone who was incredibly proud of her Jewish-London roots. Whereas other families would go to the seaside on a sunny day, we'd always go down to the East End. That was who we were and what we were. We weren't religious, but we were traditional. I hope, in this most fitting of places, that the world gets to see this other side not just to Amy, but to our typical Jewish family."

Admission will cost £7.50 for her adults, £6.50 for concessions and £3.50 for children. More information on the exhibition can be found at www.jewishmuseum.org.uk/Amy.
