The Irish bash is starting to take shape...

TRAIL OF DEAD REACH(ES) WITNNESS!
...AND YOU WILL KNOW US BY THE TRAIL OF DEAD, WHITE STRIPES, REDNECK MANIFESTO and STREET THUNDER are the latest additions to this year's WITNNESS FESTIVAL in IRELAND.

All four bands are confirmed to appear below headliners the
Super Furry Animals[/url] on the Witnness Rising stage on August 5.

As previously reported on NME.COM, this year's event, as last year, takes place at Fairyhouse Racecourse near Dublin over the weekend of August 4-5.

The latest additions have been made via the Irish promoter website www.mcd.ie.

Other bands already confirmed for the festival include Stereophonics, Fun Lovin' Criminals, Paul Weller, Placebo and The Charlatans.

Tickets for the festival are on sale now. Weekend tickets for the event are priced £79 with camping or £64 without. However, fans buying tickets before June 16 will receive a discount of £5 without camping, or £10 with camping.
