Arcade Fire team up with Neil Young at US benefit gig – video

Mumford And Sons, Beck and Pearl Jam also perform at two-day Bridge School event

Arcade Fire joined forces with Neil Young for a cover of his 1969 track 'Helpless' at a US benefit gig last night (October 22).

The band teamed up with the rock veteran at the Bridge School Benefit bash at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in California. Scroll down and click below to watch footage of the performance.

During the show Régine Chassagne also joined Pearl Jam singer Eddie Vedder for 'Tonight You Belong To Me' while Beck and Young also did a cover of 'Pocahontas' from his 1979 album 'Rust Never Sleeps'. Watch footage of both by scrolling below.

Other performances came from Mumford and Sons and Norah Jones.

Young also played a solo set at the end which included the tracks 'Comes A Time' and 'Sugar Mountain'.

The two-day bash, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary, is an annual event organised by Young and his wife Pegi. All proceeds from the bash assist children at the school with severe physical impairments and complex communication needs.
