Arcade Fire have teased new track 'Awful Sound (Oh Eurydice)' in a short video.

The 34-second clip, which you can watch by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking 'play', shows the band recording in the studio along with footage of Haiti. There is no singing in the clip, just a warm droning sound.

Last month, the band debuted three new tracks from their forthcoming album 'Reflektor' during a comeback appearance on US TV. During the season premiere of NBC's Saturday Night Live, the group unveiled new track 'Afterlife' for the first time. The comedy show, where the band performed and took part in sketches, was followed by a half-hour long TV special focusing on Arcade Fire, directed by Roman Coppola.

Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that Arcade Fire, Eminem and Lady Gaga will all perform at the first ever YouTube Awards later this year. The inaugural YouTube Awards will take place on November 3 at Pier 36 in New York and will be live streamed around the world on the video sharing site.

Arcade Fire will release their new album 'Reflektor' on October 29.
