Arctic Monkeys top the NME Chart

The band hold onto the number one position for a third week

Arctic Monkeys top the NME Chart

Arctic Monkeys have topped the NME Chart for the third week tonight with ‘I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor’ (October 2).

The band fight off strong competition from Bloc Party who climb one place to two with ‘Two More Years’ and We Are Scientists
at three with ‘The Great Escape’.

New entries this week come from The Rakes at six with ’22 Grand Job’, Nine Black Alps at nine with ‘Just Friends’ and ‘Circle Square Triangle’ from Test Icicles debuting at ten.

The NME Chart top ten looks like:

3. We Are Scientists – ‘The Great Escape’
