Arctic Monkeys are set to release their debut album ‘Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not’ in the US.
The band’s debut album will hit the shops in North America on February 21 via Domino.
The LP is released in the UK on January 30.
Senior Vice-President and Director of A&R at EMI Music Publishing UK, Mike Smith, told Billboard: “Far and away, there hasn’t been a band which has created this kind of a buzz amongst record companies and publishers (in 2005)."
Arctic Monkeys' new single ‘When The Sun Goes Down’ is set for release on January 16 in the UK, and the band join Maximo Park, Mystery Jets and We Are Scientists on the sold-out ShockWaves NME Awards Tour, which kicks off on January 24 at the Dublin Ambassador.
