It’ll be out sooner than you think

The release of Arctic Monkeys’ debut album has been brought forward.

’Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not’ was planned for January 30. However, “demand” means the record will hit shops one week earlier – on January 23.

Earlier this week it was revealed that the album had leaked online, although it is currently unclear if the leak has forced the change.

As previously reported on NME.COM, the next single to be lifted from the album will be 'When The Sun Goes Down'. The track, released on January 16, will feature two new tracks, 'Stickin' To The Floor' and '7'.

The single will also be released on vinyl, with 'Settle For A Draw' as the extra track.
