Arctic Monkeys crack the US Top 30

The Arctic Monkeys debut album ‘Whatever People Say I Am That’s What I’m Not’ has debuted on the Billboard album chart at Number 24.

The album has sold 34,000 copies on its first week of sales in the United States, the second fastest selling indie debut album ever in American chart history.

The band are currently on tour in Europe, but are due to play the first date of their 11-date sold out US tour on March 13 at the Great American Music Hall, San Francisco.
