Arctic Monkeys wow a star-studded LA crowd

Band play new song as Strokes, Klaxons, and Editors squeeze in

Arctic Monkeys played a sold-out show at Los Angeles' Hollywood Palladium last night (September 25) for a star-studded crowd that included members of The Strokes, Editors, Klaxons and Dirty Pretty Things.

The band looked relaxed and casual, and Turner wore a black cardigan and white, button-down shirt.

"Thanks for coming out to see us, it's party party time," frontman Alex Turner told the enthusiastic crowd, who engaged in stage diving and singalongs throughout the night.

The diverse, all-ages crowd got sweatier as the night progressed, and went wild for new track 'Nettles' plus crowd-pleasers 'Bet You Look Good On The Dance Floor' and 'Dancing Shoes'.
