Arctic Monkeys, Justice films to get BBC Electric Proms premieres

Fans will be able to the documentaries in Liverpool and Manchester

New documentaries from Arctic Monkeys and Justice are set to be premiered as part of the forthcoming BBC Electric Proms.

Arctic Monkeys' 'Live At The Apollo' gets its Liverpool premier on October 14 at the Foundation for Art and Creative Technology (FACT) as part of the BBC's music festival.

The recording captures the last gig in the band's 2007 world tour in Manchester, and was directed by 'The Mighty Boosh' actor Richard Ayoade.

It is released on DVD on November 3.

Meanwhile, the BBC Electric Promsare also hosting the premiere of the new Justice documentary.

'A Cross The Universe' follows the French DJ duo on their north American tour, as captured by directors Romain Gavras and So-Me.

The screening takes place at London KOKO on October 25, and is followed by a special pre-clubbing session with DJ sets from Justice and Ed Banger.

A DVD release of the film follows on November 24.
