Arctic Monkeys announce biggest ever US show as European tour resumes in Berlin
Including their biggest headline show in the States so far at New York's Madison Square Garden on February 8
The band will tour America in the early part of next year, taking in their biggest headline show in the States so far at New York's Madison Square Garden on February 8. Starting in Miami on January 30, the tour will visit 12 cities in total, ending in Minneapolis on February 14. Deerhunter will provide support for the New York and Boston dates.
A spokesperson for Arctic Monkeys' label Domino confirms that the band's European tour will resume in Berlin tonight (November 5) after the band were forced to pull a series of shows due to frontman Alex Turner's laryngitis. Last week, the band recheduled dates in Glasgow, Birmingham and Sheffield due to illness.
Arctic Monkeys' show on Saturday (November 2) in Sheffield has now been moved to November 18. Their postponed their Glasgow Hydro show, which was originally set for Friday November 1 will now take place on November 21. Their Birmingham LG Arena show, originally planned for October 31, will now take place on November 20.
