Arctic Monkeys announce outdoor show in Ireland in July and new single details

Sheffield band will be supported by Jake Bugg, Miles Kane and Royal Blood

Arctic Monkeys will play a huge outdoor show at Dublin's Marlay Park on Saturday July 12.

Support on the day will come from Jake Bugg, Miles Kane and Royal Blood. Kane and Royal Blood are also supporting the band at their Finsbury Park gigs in May, and will be joined by Tame Impala.

Arctic Monkeys have also announced a new single. 'Arabella', taken from the band's fifth Number oOne album, the BRIT and Mercury Prize-nominated 'AM', will be released on March 10, although it is available digitally now. The band are currently in the States and will play New York's Madison Square Garden on February 8 before returning to the UK to open the Brits on Wednesday, February 19.

Alex Turner and co are also appearing on 'Late Show With David Letterman' tonight (Jan 27). The performance will be made available to stream on their website immediately afterwards. Tickets will go on general sale on Friday, January 31 at 9am and are available via Ticketmaster outlets nationwide on 0818 719 300 / www.ticketmaster.ie Gates will open at 3pm, under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian of 25 years of age or over.
