Asobi Seksu plot North American tour

Asobi Seksu have announced that they will embark on a tour of North America next month, and that they plan to release their third studio album early next year.

They'll kick off the tour at Bard College in New York on October 17 and hit cities including Boston, Toronto, Denver, Seattle and Portland before concluding in Los Angeles on October 31.

This will be the New York trio's first US tour in over a year.

In addition, the band have revealed that they've been hard at work on their third studio album with Chris Zane (The Walkmen, Les Savy Fav), who produced their last album 'Citrus'.

They plan to release the album's first single, 'Me & Mary', on November 18 in the US and a day earlier in the UK and Europe.
