Asobi Seksu have revealed details of their third full-length album.
The follow-up to 2006's 'Citrus' is called 'Hush' and is due out in the US on February 17, 2009. The album features 12 tracks, including the first single 'Me & Mary', is set to be released on November 18.
"'Hush' was written while we felt destroyed," said guitarist James Hanna in a statement.
"The entire record has a phoenix rising vibe to it - a clear sense of shimmering, dew-draped riffs and spiral staircase melodies that are occasionally blurred by bits of guitar violence and sputtering drums. We knew we didn't want to do 7,000 reverb guitars this time, so we stripped the sound down and built it back up from there," Hanna said.
The album tracklisting is:
'Layers'

'Familiar Light'

'Sing Tomorrow's Praise'

'Gliss'
'Transparence'

'Risky and Pretty'

'In The Sky'

'Meh No Mae'

'Glacially'
'I Can't See'

'Me & Mary'
'Blind Little Rain'
