Iron Maiden, Metallica and The Prodigy will headline the Knebworth event in July

Atari Teenage Riot, Therapy and Trash Talk are among the latest artists to have joined the line-up for this year's Sonisphere festival.

Other new acts confirmed for the Knebworth bash include Bo Ningen, Lostalone, Bleed From Within, Dregen, Beastmilk, Malefice and Glass City Vice.

The Knebworth bash was cancelled in 2012 and 2013, but returns this year with Iron Maiden and Metallica making their only UK festival appearances at the event, while The Prodigy will headline the festival on Friday, July 4.

Joining them on the bill are Gary Numan, Deftones, Frank Turner, Limp Bizkit, Anthrax, Dropkick Murphys, The Sisters Of Mercy, Chas & Dave, Alice In Chains and Slayer plus Mastodon.

Sonisphere 2014 will take place in Knebworth Park between July 4 and 6.
