ATOMIC KITTEN
star JENNY FROST will not face charges over an alleged disturbance in EDINBURGH.

The incident allegedly took place at a launch party for the Scottish capital's Harvey Nichols store. Now Lothian And Borders Police say they are no longer investigating the alleged incident.

Fashion photographer Hazel Mall, 27, and the 24-year-old singer were both questioned after the celebrity party last Wednesday (September 4).

A police spokeswoman said: "The charges relating to the incident were dropped and police are no longer involved in the matter."

Frost was back in Edinburgh yesterday with her band-mates for the launch of their latest album 'Feels So Good'.
