Avenged Sevenfold have released their video for new song 'So Far Away' - watch it by clicking above.

The California metallers use the video as a chance to pay tribute to their late drummer Jimmy 'The Rev' Sullivan, who died of an overdose of prescription drugs in December 2009. In a post on Avengedsevenfold.com the band declared: "This video is a raw and emotional tribute. The heartfelt quality of the video is in keeping with the emotional resonance of the song, a very personal goodbye to Sullivan."

The video was directed by Wayne Isham, best know for his work with Metallica, Mötley Crüe, Megadeth and Def Leppard. 'So Far Away' features on Avenged Sevenfold fifth studio album 'Nightmare', which is out now.

Drummer Sullivan has recently been replaced by Arin Ilejay, formerly of Confide. Avenged Sevenfold will play the UK Download Festival in June.
