Avril Lavigne, Fiona Apple to headline Girlfrenzy

Sheryl Crow also set for inaugural event
Avril Lavigne, Fiona Apple and Sheryl Crow are set to launch the first annual Girlfrenzy near Los Angeles.
The day-long concert will take place October 27 at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Irvine, CA. It is reminiscent of the Lilith Fair in that it is designed to bring together established, chart-topping female musicians and up-and-coming artists.
This year's newcomers include Colbie Caillat and Sara Bareilles.
Proceeds from the show will go toward the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Tickets go on sale August 25 at 10am PST via Ticketmaster.com.
