Babyshambles failed to turn up for their gig at London’s KOKO last night (March 23).

The band were scheduled to headline the Club The Enemey night on a bill which also featured Dustin's Bar Mitzvah and Selfish Cunt.

There is no official statement as to why they did not play.

Fans waited for Babyshambles to take to the stage until 2am but were then told that the band would not be appearing.

As previously reported, singer Pete Doherty pleaded guilty to possession of heroin, crack cocaine and cannabis at his court hearing yesterday(March 23).

The Babyshambles singer admitted to seven counts of possessing controlled drugs at London’s Thames Magistrates’ Court.

Doherty’s case has been adjourned until April 20 for sentencing following a request by his lawyer Sean Curran.
