The Babyshambles singer is stuck in Paris
The Babyshambles singer was delayed for a review of his 12-month community order at Thames Magistrates Court in east London following the band's first European gig of 2006 in France last night.
The court heard that he was stuck in Paris at the time of the hearing, reports the BBC.
His case has been adjourned until May 12.
The band are due to continue their European tour at Dublin Temple Music Bar Centre tomorrow (April 13).

Last month, the singer was praised by the judge in the same court for his progress over the year-long programme, which requires Doherty to undergo regular drug tests.
He will appear on separate drugs charges on April 20.
