Babyshambes had their Aberdeen gig interrupted last night (May 22) after a fire alarm led to the venue being evacuated.

Grampian Police confirmed that the siren was a false alarm, but did arrest two people attending the concert for disorder. Shortly after, the 1,400 fans were allowed back into the Music Hall venue and the show continued.

Pete Doherty’s band go to Europe this summer as part of their current tour, their last UK dates being at Wolverhampton Civic Hall (April 25) and Plymouth Pavilions (26).

Babyshambles are also headlining Get Loaded in the Park 2006, which takes place at Clapham Common on August 27.
