A photographe who claims she was assaulted by Babyshambles' Pete Doherty in August, officially reported her charge yesterday (December 4), meaning police may investigate the matter.
Cath Mead, who was trailing Doherty in Somerset, where he was staying with his then-girlfriend Irina Lazareanu, claims Doherty attacked her after she attempted to take photographs of the couple.
Mead claims Doherty chased her into a music shop, kicked her and pulled her hair, hit her with a camera strap and damaged her equipment.
A spokesperson for Avon And Somerset Police said: “She wasn’t seriously injured, but it’s believed damage was caused to her camera.”
