Pete Doherty’s previously-mooted gig at the Reading Fez venue on Wednesday (January 30) has been cancelled witin a matter of hours of it being announced.
The venue had previously said that Doherty would play a solo show as the last gig in the venue before it was closed for refurbishment.
Organisers have now declared that “due to factors out of our control, we unfortunately have had to cancel this event. We apologise for any inconvenience”.
Babyshambles are currently on tour in Germany.
