Babyshambles deny split rumours
Band had cancelled shows following Pete Doherty's Libertines reunion

Babyshambles have denied split rumours as a result of frontman Pete Doherty reforming The Libertines.
Since announcing that The Libertines were getting back together to play this years Reading And Leeds Festivals, Babyshambles have cancelled two gigs in York (April 1) and Darlington (2). Doherty was also quoted as saying the band "are no more" by Metro.
However, Babyshambles management have today (April 8) told NME.COM that the band are definitely still together.
"Reports that Babyshambles are no more are categorically untrue," they explained.
Drummer Adam Ficek also suggested that band relations were good on his Twitter account. When asked by a fan if the rumours that Babyshambles had split were true, he replied: "It'll all be fine boyo."
Babyshambles are due to play the NME Weekender on November 5-7 at Camber Sands Pontins, alongside the likes of British Sea Power.
