Vampire Weekend's Chris Baio has unveiled a new track from his dance-influenced Baio project – listen to it below.

Titled 'Welterweight', the track is the second to be released from his 'Mira' EP, following the title track.

The 'Mira' EP will be released on October 28. It is the follow-up to the bassist's debut solo release, the 'Sunburn' EP, last year.

Earlier this month, Baio's Vampire Weekend bandmate Ezra Koenig published a bizarre review of Drake's new album 'Nothing Was The Same'.

Vampire Weekend will embark on a UK arena tour this November. The band, who released their third studio album 'Modern Vampires Of The City' earlier this year, will play five dates in total on the jaunt, which starts in Birmingham on November 12. Noah And The Whale will support on all dates.

Vampire Weekend will play:

Birmingham NIA (November 12)
London The O2 (13)
Glasgow The Hydro (15)
Leeds First Direct Arena (16)
Manchester Arena (17)
