Bands to play before Kings Of Leon on opening day of event

Band Of Horses, The Courteeners and We Are Scientists have joined the Isle Of Wight Festival 2011 bill.

They will all playing before Kings Of Leon on the festival's first night, June 10.

Chiefs for the festival, which will be headlined by Kings Of Leon, Foo Fighters and Kasabian and takes place on June 10-12, have also added The Cult, Big Country and Mike And The Mechanics to the bill.
