Be Your Own Pet gear up for tour with mountain expedition
Plus band confirm debut album details
Be Your Own Pet have been preparing for their new UK tour in the most unlikely fashion.
The Nashville teens have spent the last week in the Californian Mountains braving the elements while filming a new video.
“It was pretty cold,” admitted frontwoman Jemina Pearl, “though it was worth it though because it’s so beautiful up in the mountains.”
The band, who released new single ‘Let’s Get Sandy’ on Monday (January 23), are now gearing-up for their first full scale British jaunt which kicks off tomorrow (January 26) in Manchester.
They play:
Manchester Roadhouse (January 26)
Leeds Cockpit (27)
Nottingham Social (28)
Glasgow ABC 2 (29)
London Bush Hall (February 1)
London Barfly (2)
Oxford Zodiac (4)
Bristol Fleece (5)
For ticket availability, go to NME Tickets or call them on 0870 1 663 663.
Meanwhile, the band have confirmed that their eponymous debut will be released on March 27.
