Liam Gallagher has revealed he listens to Rod Stewart's 1978 hit single 'Da Ya Think I'm Sexy?' to get pumped up before he goes onstage with Beady Eye.

Gallagher was speaking to Zane Lowe on BBC Radio 1 before the band's gig at Liverpool Guild Of Students last night (April 13), and told the presenter that Stewart's hit was his choice of track to "get pumped up" before hitting the stage.

Lowe responded by saying that an unnamed member of Beady Eye's crew had asked that he choose something else, to which Gallagher replied: "Someone in our camp needs to get a sense of humour."

Gallagher added that the tour was going well and he was grateful that "no-one's been screaming for Oasis songs".

Beady Eye's UK and Ireland tour continues with two shows at Dublin Olympia Theatre tomorrow (April 14) and Friday (April 15).
