Liam Gallagher has revealed that Beady Eye still have rows like Oasis did, saying that they are "not the Waltons."

Speaking at the Isle Of Wight Festival over the weekend, the singer admitted that the arguments which famously plagued Oasis are not a thing of the past. He said: "It's just nice to be making music, that’s what we do, you know what I mean, and not talking about it. We’re back out on the road, obviously it's a new thing, it's a good new thing, we're all happy."

"We're not the Waltons, you know what I mean, we have our days and we have good days, you know what I mean, like we did in Oasis, but, you know, this is what we're here to do, is make music, and that's what we shall do."

Beady Eye warmed up for Kasabian on the final night of the festival yesterday (June 12). Liam was speaking to Absolute Radio from the site.

He went on to take a swipe at Coldplay, with whom Beady Eye performed recently: "We done a festival the other day with Coldplay, which wasn't… someone must have had a fucking sense of humour about that one."

But it turned out he was happy with the bands with whom they shared a stage at the weekend: "It's pretty good, lots of guitar bands, that's what we like to see, you know, the same kind of stuff that we're at, our kind of crowd. So tonight it's good, you know what I mean, lots of guitar bands… so I think we'll fit right in, you know, and obviously Kasabian are going to be great."
