Liam Gallagher jams 'Wonderwall' with 14 year-old fan at video shoot

Fans flock to see Beady Eye film the video to new track 'Flick Of The Finger' in Accrington, Lancashire

Liam Gallagher made a 14-year-old fan's day when he invited him into his dressing room to jam Oasis' hit 'Wonderwall'.

When Reece Bibby found out Beady Eye were recording their new video for forthcoming single 'Flick Of The Finger' nearby at the Canine Club in Accrington, Lancashire, he grabbed his guitar and went along. When Gallagher invited him into his dressing room, Reece started playing the opening chords of 'Wonderwall' and Gallagher sang along.

"My hands were freezing and shaking, but I know the chords well," he told Metro. "I couldn't believe it when he started singing the opening line. He sang the versus and I joined in the choruses. It was amazing." Gallagher then signed Reece's guitar and gave him his pair of aviator sunglasses as a memento.

Local residents have also been flocking to the Dog And Partridge pub in the village of Baxenden, near Accrington, Lancashire to catch glimpse of Gallagher and the rest of Beady Eye, when they found out they were recording a scene for the promo for 'Flick Of The Finger', which will feature on the band's forthcoming second album 'BE'.

Local resident Ian Brennan and his daughters Amy and Molly Brennan saw the band first and managed to speak to Gallagher during a break from filming: "I asked them what it was all about and they didn’t want to say anything at first but then they told us it was Liam Gallagher," Brennan said. He added: "As we walked back up the road he came out, it was quite surreal seeing him at our local boozer. The girls were quite scared when I went to talk to him but he was nice as pie."

Beady Eye will release their second album 'BE' on June 10.
