Beady Eye perform 'Second Bite Of The Apple' on 'The Voice' - watch
Liam Gallagher and his band performed the track from new album 'BE' on BBC show
You can watch the band perform the track, taken from their new album 'BE', in front of will.i.am, Tom Jones, Jessie J and The Script's Danny O'Donoghue, by scrolling down the page and clicking 'play'.
Meanwhile, Liam Gallagher recently admitted that he thinks Oasis and Beady Eye are "shit" names for bands. The frontman criticised both the name of his current outfit and that of his former band - taken from Swindon Oasis Leisure Centre in south west England.
He told NME: ''It was a shit name, but most band names are shit. Look at Beady Eye - shit fucking name. It wasn't just that [Swindon Oasis Leisure Centre] though. There was shop in the Manchester Arndale Market called Oasis that used to sell cool clothes too, and there was a taxi fucking rank round the corner called Oasis. It meant that we were out there, because we were different.''
His latest comments come after Gallagher also previously said he wanted to call Beady Eye's second album 'Universal Gleam', but his record company didn't like it, so the band settled on 'BE' instead. The band launched their second album with an intimate record store show in London earlier this week. They performed at the Rough Trade East store in front of around 150 lucky fans who had queued for wristbands, playing highlights from the Dave Sitek-produced record, as well as a cover of The Beatles' 'Cry Baby Cry'.
Beady Eye will play Manchester Ritz on June 19 before heading to London for a show at Camden Centre on June 20. The short stint will come to a close in Glasgow at the ABC on June 22. The band have also lined up summer festival slots at V Festival, Benicassim and T In The Park.
