Beady Eye announce November UK tour - tickets
Liam Gallagher's band will play eight dates including two Manchester gigs
The band, who released second album 'BE' last month (June), will play eight dates across the UK, kicking off in Glasgow on November 10 and ending on November 21 with a show at London's Hammersmith Apollo. In between, there will be stops in Leeds, Newcastle, Wolverhampton, Portsmouth and two Manchester dates at the Academy on November 15 and 16.
Beady Eye made an unannounced surprise appearance at Glastonbury this weekend. Opening the festival at 11am on the Friday (June 28) morning, the band played a set heavy on material from 'BE', beginning with 'Flick Of The Finger'. They also played two Oasis songs: 'Rock 'N' Roll Star' and 'Morning Glory'.
During 'Rock 'N' Roll Star', Gallagher said "Tonight, I'm a rock 'n' roll star – at 11.30 in the fucking morning!" He had introduced the song as being "for Lennon and Gene," his sons, and told the crowd, "You're welcome," after the track.
Beady Eye will play:
Glasgow Barrowlands (November 10)
Leeds O2 Academy (12)
Newcastle 02 Academy (13)
Manchester Academy (15/16)
Wolverhampton Civic Hall (18)
Portsmouth Guildhall (19)
London Hammersmith Apollo (21)
