Liam Gallagher refuses to begin 'secret love child' negotiations without confidentiality agreement
Beady Eye man demands that Liza Ghorbani signs agreement, say reports
The New York Post says that Gallagher's lawyer Raoul Felder, who has represented the former wives of film director Martin Scorsese and Patrick Ewing in the past, informed the Manhattan Family Court that his client would not hand over information about his assets until an agreement was in place.
In turn, Ghorbani's legal representative William Beslow said that she would have been happy to have signed an agreement without the court's intervention if she had previously been asked. Ghorbani is seeking support for her daughter, Emma, who was born in January of this year. She claims that she and Gallagher had a fling after she interviewed him for the New York Times in 2010.
Gallagher is currently reportedly suing The New York Post for libel after they alleged that he impregnated Ghorbani after cheating on his wife. He already has three children – 12-year-old Gene from his current marriage to former All Saints singer Nicole Appleton and 13-year-old Lennon from his previous marriage to actress Patsy Kensit. He also has a daughter, 15-year-old Molly, with Lisa Moorish.
Beady Eye are due to tour the UK later this year. They will play eight dates, kicking off in Glasgow on November 10 and ending on November 21 with a show at London's Hammersmith Apollo. In between, there will be stops in Leeds, Newcastle, Wolverhampton, Portsmouth and two Manchester dates at the Academy on November 15 and 16.
