The event reaches capacity four months before it kicks off

Bestival sells out

This year’s Bestival bash has sold out – four months before it takes place.

As previously announced on NME.COM, Beastie Boys and The Chemical Brothers will headline the festival, which takes place on September 7-9 at Robin Hill Country Park, Newport.

Other acts confirmed to play include The Maccabees, Calvin Harris, Simian Mobile Disco, The Orb, Billy Bragg, The Cuban Brothers and The Go! Team.

Dexy’s Midnight Runners legend Kevin Rowland will play a DJ set at the Isle Of Wight event, which is curated by Rob Da Bank.
