Beck, Lily Allen and Jenny Lewis are all set to debut new or previously unheard songs on the forthcoming third series of Girls.

The Lena Dunham-helmed show, which will be broadcast in the UK on Sky Atlantic on January 20 with a double bill of episodes, will feature the first public play of a track from Beck's up and coming 'Morning Phase' album - which is released on February 24 - as well as a previously unheard song from Lily Allen - possibly from her upcoming third album - and a Jenny Lewis track, which will feature at the end of the second episode of the show, reports Rolling Stone.

Scroll down to watch an official trailer for the HBO show, which will be broadcast in the UK a week after it begins in the US. The new series of the award-winning comedy will feature 12 half-hour episodes - two more than in previous seasons.

Created, directed and written by Dunham, the show has been a major hit since it debuted in 2012 and took home two prizes at last January's Golden Globe Awards: 'Best Television Series - Comedy or Musical' and 'Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series' - Comedy or Musical' for Dunham.
