Major and indie take him to court for non-delivery of albums...

WHERE'S THE RECORD?

Beck is being sued by his two record labels Geffen and Bong Load.

Record company lawyers filed two separate suits against the artist at Los Angeles Superior Court last week (April 26).

Geffen is suing Beck for breach of written contract and is claiming damages. Bong Load is claiming Beck breached a production agreement and is suing for damages for non-delivery of recordings.

Beck is currently working on a new album, the follow-up to last year's 'Mutations'.
