Devo will stand in for Black Crowes tomorrow
Thousands are heading to the streets of downtown San Diego today (September 19) for the first day of the city's annual Street Scene festival.
Kicking off the proceedings are MGMT and Hot Chip, who will play competing sets on two different stages, as well as Foals and Vampire Weekend, followed by TV On The Radio and Spoon.
Beck will be tonight's main headliner, performing from 10:45 pm until midnight.
DEVO will stand in for tomorrow night's headliners, The Black Crowes, who cancelled due to one of the band being struck ill.
