Belle And Sebastian to give away free new song tomorrow (Sept 7)
Belle & Sebastian are set to release the lead song from their comeback album 'Belle And Sebastian Write About Love' tomorrow (September 7) as a free download.

The track, simply called 'Write About Love', will be available from the band's official website,, as a stream and a free download for a limited time. It features a guest vocal from actress Carey Mulligan and will be officially released on October 25.

However, in the meantime the band have explained that they will email an MP3 of the song to one of their Twitter followers today (6).

"It is the winner's choice what to do with it," they wrote on "They can keep it to themselves in the knowledge that no-one else has it; share it with their friends; hold a listening party at their home or they could let the world either hear it or read all about it online."

See for the terms of the giveaway – certain conditions apply to the winner.

'Belle And Sebastian Write About Love', the follow-up to 2006's 'The Life Pursuit', is set for release later this year.
