Belle & Sebastian preview new song online – video
Belle & Sebastian have released a video previewing a new song from their forthcoming album – and you can see it below.

According to the band on their official website,, the short film is from an upcoming TV show and it features a snippit of a track called 'I Want The World To Stop'.

The song is set to be on their upcoming eighth LP, 'Belle & Sebastian Write About Love', recorded in Los Angeles earlier this year.

The group have also revealed that the release date of the LP will be October 11 in the UK and October 12 in the US.

As previously reported, Belle & Sebastian will embark on tours of North America in September and the UK in December.

Belle & Sebastian will also curate their own ATP festival on December 10-12 in Minehead, featuring the likes of Teenage Fanclub and Isobel Campbell & Mark Lanegan.
