Belle & Sebastian have announced that they will release a collection of rarities and collectibles, titled 'The Third Eye Centre', on August 26.

All tracks on the album are B-sides and offcuts taken from the period when the Glaswegian band recorded their last three albums - 2003's 'Dear Catastrophe Waitress', 2006's 'The Life Pursuit' and 2010's 'Write About Love'. It is similar to the band's 2005 compilation 'Push Barman To Open Old Wounds' – a collection of singles and EPs released on Jeepster Records. The album includes one new track ‘Your Cover’s Blown (Miaoux Miaoux Remix)’, which you can hear below.

The tracklisting to 'The Third Eye Centre' is as follows:

'I'm A Cuckoo (Avalanches Remix)'
'Suicide Girl'
'Love On The March'
'Last Trip'
'Your Secrets'
'Your Cover’s Blown (Miaoux Miaoux Remix)'
'I Took A Long Hard Look'
'Heaven In The Afternoon'
'Long Black Scarf'
'The Eighth Station Of The Cross Kebab House'

Belle & Sebastian will play End of the Road festival in Dorset on September 1 and Bestival on the Isle of Wight on September 6.
